This versatile lightweight board begins its production with a dense polystyrene foam center. With a unique manufacturing process this polystyrene core is extruded and sandwiched between two layers of smooth clay coated paper. Resilient center foam is produced in two colors, black and white. White, black and colored coated paper is permanently bonded to both front and back of the center foam core.

 

Our foamboards have excellent foam memory characteristics. When cut with a sharp knife, rotary slitter, or die cutter, its resilience provides a clean open edge. Use various mounting techniques: dry mounting, vacuum mounting, heat rollers and spray adhesives. These sturdy and dent resistant foamboards can be cut, pinched and scored.

 

Standard product is available in white, black and variety of colors: red, orange, yellow, green, light and dark blue and gray.
