TOTAL RELEASE COMPOUND

 

The ink additive for 'total release" of ink from the printing blanket.

 

Total Release Compound allows for the total transfer of ink off of the printing blanket. That is because it gives "total release" of the ink from the printing blanket to the press sheet. So you get even solid colors and sharp halftones; greatly improved printing and sheen of metallic inks; and an end to ink and paper picking problems related to paper quality or ink tackiness. Total Release Compound can be used with oil, soy, rubber, acrylic, U.V. inks and in overprint varnish on any sheet fed or web offset press. And because of its extremely fine dispersion, Total Release Compound can be easily mixed into any ink, without the need for milling.
