A-Tex® was the first Jomac cover, made in 1936. Even today, that original A-Tex® is still made with the same quality yarns and it is still Jomac's most popular cover. The cotton is specially treated for absorbency and the knitting is done under watchful eyes. A-Tex® is long wearing yet economical and its two way stretch makes installation easy. For all these years, A-Tex® has been delivering uniform amounts of water to the plate for both form and ductor positions.

For the waterform or ductor roller of sheetfed and web presses, this is the original seamless dampener cover. A-Tex®'s bleached, absorbent cotton-looped fabric provides consistent performance on most medium and large presses. Available in 25 yard (22.875m) rolls, and pre-cut sizes for smaller presses and duplicators. Outside diameter sizes from under .75" to 6.25" (19 mm to 159 mm).
